5 ways to get your body ready for spring
With warmer weather just around the corner, now is the time to get our bodies in peak condition. Dr Janakan Krishnarajah, who specialises in clinical pharmacology and internal medicine, explains that winter’s bad habits can creep up on us, leaving effects that can carry on long after winter is gone.
